Sec. 37.08. CANCELLATION OR SUSPENSION: NOTICE TO IMPORTERS. When a nonresident seller's permit is cancelled or suspended, the commission shall immediately notify in writing all permittees authorized to import liquor into the state. Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 447, ch. 194, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977.
