Sec. 37.1031. AGENCY INSPECTORS. The agency may employ inspectors only for the purposes of: (1) assisting the agency in monitoring school district safety and security requirements under Section 37.1083; and (2) coordinating with local, state, and federal law enforcement during an event requiring an emergency response by a school district.
