Period For Final Decision To Approve Or Deny

Sec. 371.061. PERIOD FOR FINAL DECISION TO APPROVE OR DENY. Unless the applicant and the commissioner agree in writing to a later date, the commissioner shall approve or deny the application before the 61st day after the later of the date on which: (1) the application is filed and the required fees are paid; or (2) a hearing on the application is completed.
