Sec. 371.067. CONTENTS AND DISPLAY OF LICENSE. (a) A license must state: (1) the name of the pawnbroker; and (2) the address at which the business is to be conducted. (b) A pawnbroker shall display a license at the place of business provided on the license. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
