Return of Pledged Goods

Sec. 371.165. RETURN OF PLEDGED GOODS. A pawnbroker shall return pledged goods to the pledgor on payment of the total amount due the pawnbroker in connection with the pawn transaction. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
