Sec. 371.206. CONFIDENTIALITY. Information obtained during an examination or inspection authorized by this subchapter is confidential and privileged except for use by the commissioner or in a criminal investigation or prosecution. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
