Sec. 371.207. FEE. A pawnbroker shall pay to the commissioner an amount assessed by the commissioner to cover the direct and indirect costs of an examination and a proportionate share of general administrative expenses. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
