Surrender of License

Sec. 371.257. SURRENDER OF LICENSE. (a) The holder of a pawnshop license or a pawnshop employee license may surrender the license by complying with the commissioner's written instructions relating to license surrender. (b) Surrender does not affect a license holder's civil or criminal liability for an act committed before the surrender. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
