Commissioner'S Enforcement Powers

Sec. 371.301. COMMISSIONER'S ENFORCEMENT POWERS. For purposes of enforcing this chapter, the commissioner: (1) has the powers granted to the commissioner under Chapter 14; (2) may exercise those powers in the same manner as those powers may be exercised under: (A) Chapters 14, 392, and 394; (B) Subtitle B, Title 4; and (C) Chapters 51, 302, 601, and 621, Business & Commerce Code; and (3) has any authority granted the commissioner by other law.
