Sec. 375.041. COMMISSION ORDER. The boundaries of a district are as prescribed by the commission order creating the district. The commission may issue a subsequent order changing the boundaries of the district. Added by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 16, Sec. 13.05(a), eff. Aug. 26, 1991.
