Sec. 375.062. TERMS OF INITIAL DIRECTORS. The initial directors shall be divided into two groups that are as equal in number as possible; one group serves four-year terms and one group serves two-year terms. The grouping of initial directors and terms for the directors in each group shall be determined by the commission. Added by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 16, Sec. 13.05(a), eff. Aug. 26, 1991.
