Sec. 375.095. MANAGEMENT BY BOARD OF DIRECTORS. The responsibility for the management, operation, and control of the property belonging to a district is vested in the board. Added by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 16, Sec. 13.05(a), eff. Aug. 26, 1991.
