Sec. 375.261. DISSOLUTION BY BOARD VOTE. Except as limited by Section 375.264, the board of a district by majority vote may dissolve the district at any time. Added by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 16, Sec. 13.05(a), eff. Aug. 26, 1991.
