Sec. 375.302. CONSTRUCTION OF SUBCHAPTER. (a) This subchapter shall be liberally construed in conformity with the findings and purposes stated in Section 375.301. (b) Except as provided by this subchapter, the other provisions of this chapter apply to an authority created under this subchapter. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 961, Sec. 1, eff.
