Sec. 3793.0202. APPOINTMENT AND REMOVAL OF DIRECTOR APPOINTED BY CITY. (a) The governing body of the city shall appoint one director who must be: (1) at least 18 years of age; and (2) a resident of the city. (b) At any time the governing body of the city may remove the director appointed by the city and appoint a director to serve the remainder of the removed director's term.
