Sec. 3795.051. GOVERNING BODY; TERMS. (a) The district is governed by a board of five voting directors who must be qualified under Section 375.063, Local Government Code. (b) The directors serve staggered terms of four years with two or three directors' terms expiring June 1 of each odd-numbered year.
