Sec. 3798.151. DIVISION OF DISTRICT; PREREQUISITES. The district, including territory added to the district under Section 3798.106, may be divided into two or more new districts only if the district has no outstanding bonded debt. Territory previously added to the district under Section 3798.106 may be included in a new district. Added by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 618 (H.B. 4268), Sec. 1, eff. September 1, 2017.
