Sec. 3798.152. LAW APPLICABLE TO NEW DISTRICT. This chapter applies to any new district created by division of the district, and a new district has all the powers and duties of the district. Added by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 618 (H.B. 4268), Sec. 1, eff. September 1, 2017.
