Sec. 3799.052. APPOINTMENT OF VOTING DIRECTORS. The mayor and members of the governing body of the city shall appoint voting directors from persons recommended by the board. A person is appointed if a majority of the members of the governing body and the mayor vote to appoint that person. Added by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 805 (H.B. 4333), Sec. 1, eff.
