Sec. 379A.003. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter: (1) "Board" means the board of directors of a municipal development corporation. (2) "Corporation" means a municipal development corporation created under this chapter. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff. May 16, 2001.
