Sec. 379A.022. COMPENSATION. A board member is not entitled to compensation, but is entitled to reimbursement for actual and necessary expenses incurred in serving as a director. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff. May 16, 2001.
