Sec. 379A.024. OFFICERS. The board shall appoint from its members a presiding officer, a secretary, and other officers of the corporation that the governing body of the municipality that created the corporation considers necessary. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff. May 16, 2001.
