Purpose of Subchapter

Sec. 38.351. PURPOSE OF SUBCHAPTER. The purpose of this subchapter is to authorize the department to: (1) collect data concerning health benefit plan reimbursement rates in a uniform format; and (2) disseminate, on an aggregate basis for geographical regions in this state, information concerning health care reimbursement rates derived from the data.
