Sec. 3801.152. DISBURSEMENTS AND TRANSFERS OF MONEY. The board by resolution shall establish the number of directors' signatures and the procedure required for a disbursement or transfer of the district's money. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff. April 1, 2005.
