Sec. 3803.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter: (1) "Board" means the board of directors of the district. (2) "District" means the Greater Greenspoint Management District of Harris County. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff. April 1, 2005.
