Sec. 3803.107. ANNEXATION OF LAND. The district may annex land as provided by Subchapter J, Chapter 49, Water Code. Added by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 133 (H.B. 2200), Sec. 3, eff. May 28, 2015. SUBCHAPTER D. FINANCIAL PROVISIONS
