Sec. 3804.108. ANNEXATION OR EXCLUSION OF TERRITORY. The district may annex or exclude land, whether located inside or outside the boundaries of the city of Sugar Land, as provided by Subchapter J, Chapter 49, Water Code. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff. April 1, 2005.
