Sec. 3805.007. ELIGIBILITY FOR REINVESTMENT ZONES. All or any part of the area of the district is eligible to be included in a tax increment reinvestment zone created by the City of Houston under Chapter 311, Tax Code. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff. April 1, 2005.
