Sec. 3805.103. ELECTIONS. (a) District elections must be held in the manner provided by Subchapter L, Chapter 375, Local Government Code. (b) The board may submit multiple purposes in a single proposition at an election. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff. April 1, 2005.
