Sec. 3805.104. CONTRACT FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT AND SECURITY SERVICES. The district may contract with: (1) Harris County or the City of Houston for the county or city to provide law enforcement and security services for a fee; and (2) a private entity for the private entity to provide supplemental security services.
