Sec. 3805.105. ANNEXATION OR EXCLUSION OF TERRITORY. The district may annex or exclude land from the district in the manner provided by Subchapter C, Chapter 375, Local Government Code. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff. April 1, 2005.
