Sec. 3808.006. APPLICABILITY OF OTHER LAW. Except as otherwise provided by this chapter, Chapter 375, Local Government Code, applies to the district, the board, and district employees. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff. April 1, 2005.
