Sec. 3809.103. AGREEMENTS, DONATIONS, GRANTS, AND LOANS. (a) The district may enter into an agreement with or accept a donation, grant, or loan from any person. (b) The implementation of a project is a governmental function or service for the purposes of Chapter 791, Government Code. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff. April 1, 2005.
