Sec. 3810.155. UTILITY PROPERTY EXEMPT FROM IMPACT FEES AND ASSESSMENTS. The district may not impose an impact fee or assessment on the property of a person who provides to the public gas, electric, telephone, sewage, or water service. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff. April 1, 2005.
