Sec. 3810.157. MUNICIPALITY NOT OBLIGATED TO PAY DISTRICT OBLIGATIONS. Except as provided by Section 375.263, Local Government Code, a municipality is not obligated to pay a bond, note, or other obligation of the district. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff.
