Sec. 3813.155. TAX RATES. The district may impose the sales and use tax and the excise tax in increments of one-eighth of one percent, with a minimum tax of one-half percent and a maximum tax of one percent. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff. April 1, 2005.
