Sec. 3813.201. DISSOLUTION BY BOARD ORDER. The board by order may dissolve the district at any time unless the district has outstanding indebtedness or contractual obligations. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff. April 1, 2005.
