Sec. 3814.054. TERMS. The voting directors serve staggered terms of four years, with four directors' terms expiring June 1 of an odd-numbered year and five directors' terms expiring June 1 of the following odd-numbered year. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff. April 1, 2005.
