Sec. 3814.103. AGREEMENTS; GRANTS. (a) The district may make an agreement with or accept a gift, grant, or loan from any person. (b) The implementation of a project is a governmental function or service for the purposes of Chapter 791, Government Code. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff. April 1, 2005.
