Sec. 3816.104. AUTHORITY TO CONTRACT FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT. To protect the public interest, the district may contract with the City of Frisco for the city to provide law enforcement services in the district for a fee. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff. April 1, 2005.
