Sec. 3816.158. UTILITY PROPERTY EXEMPT FROM ASSESSMENTS AND IMPACT FEES. The district may not impose an assessment or impact fee on the property of a person that provides gas, electricity, telephone, sewage, or water service to the public. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff. April 1, 2005.
