Quorum

Sec. 3817.053. QUORUM. (a) Section 375.071, Local Government Code, does not apply to the district. (b) One-half of the board constitutes a quorum. (c) Except as provided by Section 3817.152, a concurrence of a majority of a quorum is required for any official district action. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff. April 1, 2005.
