Sec. 3818.104. REGULATION OF SIGNS. The board by rule may regulate signs in the district. The board may require the removal of a sign that does not conform to a rule adopted under this section. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 729 (H.B. 2019), Sec. 1.03, eff. April 1, 2007.
