Sec. 3818.153. RULES FOR TRANSIT OR PARKING SYSTEM. (a) The district may adopt rules covering its public transit system and its public parking system. (b) Rules adopted under this section that relate to or affect the use of the public right-of-way or a requirement for off-street parking are subject to all applicable municipal charter, code, and ordinance requirements.
