Alternative Fuels and Select-Use Technologies

Sec. 382.0171. ALTERNATIVE FUELS AND SELECT-USE TECHNOLOGIES. (a) In adopting rules, the commission shall encourage and may allow the use of natural gas and other alternative fuels, as well as select-use technologies, that will reduce emissions. (b) Any orders or determinations made under this section must be consistent with Section 382.024. Added by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 14, Sec. 138, eff. Sept. 1, 1991.
