Air Control Account

Sec. 382.0335. AIR CONTROL ACCOUNT. (a) The commission may apply for, solicit, contract for, receive, or accept money from any source to carry out its duties under this chapter. (b) Money received by the commission under this section shall be deposited to the credit of the air control account, an account in the general revenue fund. The commission may use money in the account for any necessary expenses incurred in carrying out commission duties under this chapter. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 333, Sec. 72, eff.
