Sec. 382.215. SALE OF VEHICLE NOT REQUIRED. Nothing in this subchapter may be construed to require a vehicle that has failed a required emissions test to be sold or destroyed by the owner. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1075, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 2001.
