Sec. 3821.104. LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICES. To protect the public interest, the district may contract with Midland County or the City of Midland to provide law enforcement services in the district for a fee. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 729 (H.B. 2019), Sec. 1.03, eff. April 1, 2007.
