Sec. 3823.053. APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS. The governing body of the City of Arlington shall appoint directors from persons recommended by the board as provided by Section 375.064, Local Government Code. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 729 (H.B. 2019), Sec. 1.03, eff. April 1, 2007.
