Sec. 3827.052. APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS. (a) The governing body of the City of Katy shall appoint directors to the board. (b) Section 375.063, Local Government Code, and Section 49.052, Water Code, do not apply to district directors. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 729 (H.B. 2019), Sec. 1.03, eff. April 1, 2007.
